Hi I'm Claire and .....
I'm a coach, personal trainer, and former leader at CHANEL, where I spent years immersed in the psychology of confidence, presence, and personal impact. That experience shaped the foundation of my work today: real confidence is built internally, then expressed externally.
Through Claire Dreyer Coaching and the founder of the SHE-FIT Mental Strength Solution, I work with women to develop mental resilience, physical strength, and embodied self-belief. My approach combines mindset coaching, intelligent strength training, and presence and visibility work - including style identity, because how you think, move, and present yourself are inseparable.
SHE-FIT isn’t about motivation or surface-level change. It’s a structured method that helps women regulate their nervous system, build consistency, and strengthen the mindset required to lead themselves with clarity and confidence. I support capable, driven women who are ready to stop second-guessing themselves and start showing up with grounded authority in their body, their decisions, and their presence.
